"Industrial Land" Activity

The "Industrial land" activity, with a budget of around $128.6 million, aims to design and promote a new approach to the planning, development, revitalization and management of industrial reception areas, driven by demand and favouring public-private partnerships (PPP). This activity focuses on the implementation of three components: (i) the creation of the Centre of Expertise for the Development of Industrial Land (CEDFI); (ii) the design of a new model for the development of sustainable industrial parks and the revitalization of existing industrial zones, driven by market demand and focusing on public-private partnership and environmental and social sustainability. This model will be implemented on a pilot basis in three industrial zones; and (iii) the establishment of a Sustainable Industrial Zones Fund (FONZID) to support projects improving the governance and sustainability of existing and new industrial zones.
