The "Employment" activity, with a budget of some $24,7 million, aims to improve labour market observation and promote inclusive employment. This activity has four components: (ii) the promotion of inclusive employment for young people in difficulty and women who are unemployed or economically inactive, through financing based on the results of benefits and programmes to support their integration; (iii) support for impact assessment of employment and labour market policies; and (iv) support for the promotion of gender equity in the workplace.
