Training of administrative and pedagogical executives: Towards the deployment of large-scale training

Following the completion of the experimentation of training modules in Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Fez-Meknes and Marrakech-Safi Regions, the "Secondary Education" project is currently preparing, in collaboration with its partners, to roll out training programs targeting more than 6,000 administrative and pedagogical executives.
 
To this end, workshops have been organized to provide guidance and tools to the Regional Academies of Education and Training (AREF) in preparing a bottom-up planning of these trainings according to a participatory and collaborative approach. These workshops involved representatives of the three AREFs and the Provincial Directorates of the Department of National Education (DEN).
